Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I had overlooked the Main Office and was quite close to the main road through town, which was a bit noisy. Despite being on the smaller side and feeling a bit crowded with furniture, the room was clean and pleasant overall. The service I received was amazing, with friendly staff who even went out of their way to provide snacks and beer in the office. The location was great for accessing ski resorts and the village, although it was extremely crowded during my visit.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was cozy with a comfortable queen-size bed and a functional kitchenette, but it could get quite hot during the day. The service was exceptional, especially when dealing with a difficult customer. The location, although close to the lake and the downtown village, was uncomfortably crowded during the high season. The dining options were limited to basic items. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-equipped with a balcony and efficient air conditioning, but the heating system was a bit finicky. The service was welcoming and friendly, though there were times when it was challenging to get assistance. The location was convenient, being close to various attractions, but there were some issues with overcrowding and facilities maintenance. The dining options, while satisfactory, had some limitations in terms of variety. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
